Residents will have brand new accessible homes, that are near to amenities and bus routes. The homes are well set up for over 50's and people with health needs, and managed by Kainga Ora and their Wellbeing Support Staff. BCN will be creating welcome packs for all new residents to these developments, as we have done in the past. Residents will be moving in from November 2023 through to June 2024 in stages. It is great to see housing becoming more available to vulnerable members of our communities.
