Currently studying towards a Degree in Applied Management. Member of the Belfast School. PB4L (Positive Behaviour for Learning) team. Chairperson of Te Pao a Tahu kapa haka roopu. North West Collective member. Recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship Award presented by Rotary Club of Belfast/Kaiapoi for work in the community.
Lee Bartlett

Lee manages finances and accounts, administration, and supports our staff and CEO. Has worked with high and complex needs children. Caregiver social worker (iwi based). Has a passion for youth. Enjoys coaching and playing netball. Lee is from Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty and has lived in Christchurch for 6 years with her 4 children.
Ashleigh Tootell
BOP Kids Coordinator
Ashleigh is the programme coordinator for BOP Kids and manages/supervises the staff working on the programme, takes all bookings and cancellations, works on continuous develop of our programmes, supports staff dealing with troubling behaviours and is point of contact for any information or questions about BOP Kids. Has been with the Belfast Community Network since early 2013 working on the Oscar programme. Has completed over 1000 hours of volunteer work with children & youth. Completed a certificate in outdoor recreation and sustainability. Worked as a Outdoor Education instructor for the YMCA before starting with the Belfast Community Network.
Holley Annett
BOP Kids Assistant Supervisor
Holley has been with BOP Kids since 2016. Her role is to prepare meals and supervise the children. She has a National Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Alan Hardy

Initial career as seagoing marine engineer, followed by operations engineer in electricity generating station. 33 years with major international cement company in UK, Middle East, Africa and South America. Experience covered engineering maintenance, new construction projects, HQ human resources, production and general management. Member of Rotary Club of Belfast Kaiapoi. Held positions of Board Director, President of Club and Trustee of the club's Charitable Trust. 2 years as Board Member of Belfast Community Network - presently hold position of Chair.
Sue Elley
Principal Belfast School
Originally trained as a primary school teacher Sue has worked in primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of education. Her tertiary experience has included lecturing for the Christchurch College of Education, leading professional learning in Social Sciences and 13 years working for the New Zealand Graduate School of Education training teachers and as an educational consultant. In 2013 she became the Assistant Principal of Hornby High School where she led the integration of Year 7-8 students into the high school following the closure of Branston Intermediate. Sue spent several years on the Management Committee for START - an non-profit organisation counselling children and their whanau. Sue became Principal of Belfast School at the beginning of Term 3 2017.

Has a background in early childhood education and community service. Sally served on the Shirley/Papanui Community Board for 3 terms, one as Chair, and Christchurch City Council for one term as a City Councillor. Her interests have been centred around children and families. Currently actively involved with Marralomeda Charitable Trust and Christchurch North Presbyterian Church.
Rev. Joanne Latham
Christchurch North Anglican Rep
Minister at the Belfast Redwood and Bishopdale Anglican Church. Joanne grew up in Papanui attending Papanui Primary School, Casebrook Intermediate and Papanui High. After leaving school Joanne trained as a Primary School teacher and taught at Waimiari School. Joanne worked at St Paul's church in Papanui running coffee mornings, afterschool clubs, youth groups and visiting people. From there her path flowed between teaching and church work and eventually moved to Nelson for four years where she was ordained as an Anglican Minister and has been a vicar since 2000. Being involved with the Belfast Community Network and the Northcote Community Links project ensures that together we can make a difference. Joanne also supports people in times of loss, taking funerals and times of celebration, taking weddings.
Pastor Stewart McLellan

Initial career was in banking working with the old Bank of New South Wales and then Westpac. Held a number of positions there up to assistant Manager. Owned my own business for nearly ten years operating a franchise covering Otago/Southland. Took on the role of Finance/Administration with Dunedin City Elim Church in the mid 90's and came to Belfast as Pastor of Christchurch North Elim Church in 2000. Member of 4x4 Events NZ Inc, a four wheel drive club specialising on 4x4 competition. Have held positions as Secretary and Treasurer. Current and founding member of Belfast Community Network.
Dr Bridget Williams

Bridget has been a family primary care doctor working in Belfast for over 20 years.She has a special interest in nutrition. She believes that for people to achieve goodhealth they need to live in a healthy supportive environment. She was involved in the setting up of the Belfast Community Network in 2001 weiht the aim of encouraging such a community. She has been on the governance board since this trime.
